"This is a 30-day project that took longer than expected. In fact, so long we lost key sign up days and lost a majority of our user base to our competitors. The work they did was good and the communication was okay however I feel they did not fully understand the project when they took it. I do hope they continue to show support as the Q/A was not very good and I am sure we will find many bugs once we get our userbase to return and utilize our site. I may continue to work with this team as they did a great job on the creation side as I was unsure on the end result. The execution was spot on."
