Ferman Customer Support Specialist |ABAP Developer| Business Analyst

Hi, I am a native Turkish speaker from Istanbul who studied Translation Studies and speaks three languages. (German&Turkish&English) After my graduation, I wanted to use my language skills in a different field and I found a job at Turkish Airlines as a Social Media and Customer Support/Service Specialist. During the journey, I hit the target always and provided the best customer service for the company. I was serving in German / Turkish and English languages. After a great experience with the company, I found another job in Social Media&Customer Support at a well-known Chinese Video-App Company. I was also using my language and customer support skills there too. As a three-year Customer Support Specialist I was responsible for handling questions, comments, and complaints regarding a particular business. My ultimate goal was to provide positive customer experiences and I completely did this. However, after valuable three years, I decided to change my career and I dived into the IT field. Firstly, I started to learn C# and SQL as my main programming languages. I developed projects by using .NET and its related frameworks. I also learned HTML/CSS and JavaScript to improve my front-end skills as well. Since the 24t of May, I have been working at PENTA Group as an Insight Data Analyst as a Freelancer. I serve in English and German languages. My main mission is there to do coding and check the content to show the exact way to our customers. According to our guidance and analysis, our customers can change their directions or intentions to hit the target in the market and be the leader. Between the 20th of June and the 1st of December, I worked as a Junior SAP PP Consultant at Daimler&Mercedes. However, Since the 1st of December, I have been working as an ABAP&Fiori Developer for a German company. As an ABAP Developer, I try to improve myself in this field and complete all the projects I have. I hope to work with you and give a hand with your projects Greetings from Istanbul Cem Doruk Gürsoy
