"I'm sorry you felt as though the work performed was sub-standard. I do believe the work requested upon hiring had been drastically altered from the original proposal of a marketing strategy. My initial proposal outlined the tasks I wished to perform in order to properly support the business and the specific task of developing a digital and conventional marketing strategy for each of the companies and services. Upon initiation of the project, tasks were pivoted constantly making it impossible to complete a single new project, let alone the original project. It went from marketing research and social media auditing to On-Page SEO work, Keyword research, YouTube management, Facebook Ads management, Google Ads review, and ultimately WordPress management. I did enjoy the tasks and working on so many different platforms in such a short period of time, but I'm certain that this is what resulted in a less-than-satisfactory project.
