In this folder you can find some examples of executive presentations I've prepared for reporting to CFOs, VPs, and Senior managers. I also attach one presentation prepared for a virtual design workshop.

While working on a project to automate and reduce workload in the IBM Contract review process, in parallel of developing a AI tool I have developed these two spreadsheets: 1) The first one allows the contract review analyst to dowload a report from the tool created and use the spreadsheet to analyze in an automated way based on the contract terms and conditions if a contract review is required or not by following internal rules. 2) The second one makes the same than spreadsheet one but the difference is that the analysis can be done in a massive way (analyzing thousands of contract in one single time). The spreadsheet also allows the user to figure out if a contract review is required or not.
