Expert Autocad Civil 3D Designer and drafter.

Over 25 years of experience in the Civil Engineering/Architectural/Construction field using Autocad Civil 3d, Trimble Sketchup, and ArcGIS. Whether my profile says it or not, I am usually available to take on new project work. My main area of CAD expertise is Civil Design, with advanced knowledge in all aspect of the drafting/design/production of civil projects. I have solid experience in the Construction and Architectural fields as well, which gives me a wide range of tools to help complete your project. * I am not a licensed Civil Engineer, or a Registered Architect. * A couple of projects I have worked on in are: -Worked on multiple large projects at a private 400 acre College in Pennsylvania performing tasks from deed research, plotting the boundary, inputting existing conditions and utility mapping. I worked on the design of a large parking area creating stormwater management, and erosion control measures. Also, design for a large building addition on campus, performing site grading and plan and profiles. I incorporated the Architectural plans in to this as well, helping to determine utility layout. -Current working projects: Airport Rehabilitation project, Light Manufacturing Site Layout and Design, 34 Acre Subdivision Layout and Design.
