Experienced Project Manager

For the past 15 years, I have worked as a Virtual Assistant, Project Manager and Web Designer for many online companies. I like to work with long term clients. I have learned SEO from scratch and I keep learning with the aim of becoming an expert in the field. In my day-to-day work, I use: Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Wordpress, TeamworkPM, Hootsuite, Raven, Bright Local. As a Project Manager, I recruited and lead teams of SEO managers, marketing assistants, writers, virtual assistants, web designers, web developers, video producers etc. The responsibilities included: - setting up projects and tasks in Teamworkpm - communicating with the team members on a daily basis, following progress and making sure that dead lines are met - writing and implementing procedures designed to make the work flow run smoothly - making budgets for each project and making sure we stay within the budget As a Web Designer, I worked on projects either from scratch or working on already built sites in WordPress, Optimize Press and Thrive Architect. As a Virtual Assistant, I assisted online business owners with tasks such as: - setting up and maintaining their WordPress sites - designing the graphical part required for the WordPress sites, products advertising, FaceBook covers, Twitter and YouTube backgrounds, ebooks, flyers, business cards etc. - setting up Newsletters and sending them to the emails lists - setting up email campaigns and their optins and autoresponders - editing ebooks - creating and scheduling posts in Hootsuite
