My first work experience was as a customer service agent at a Company called Telenamic where I provided clients of Telfort (A dutch ISP which was purchased by KPN) with information of their invoice and services that could also be activated by me.
After that I worked at a Company called Webhelp where I helped clients of OTTO (A dutch/german retail webshop) to place and track their orders.
