And team turnover is just crazy - every month I had to face a new PM. Before the contract closing, they tried to blackmail me to get a 5-star review. I complained to Upwork but they did not do anything"

There were many frustrating issues but the freelancer was fair, diligent and respectful throughout. Occasionally time was lost by misunderstanding instructions. Value for money was excellent but ensure your goals are communicated well to reduce time wasted. They have left us with an excellent platform to improve further and substantially grow our business.
