Agile Product Owner / Scrum Master

I am an experienced Agile Product Owner / Scrum Master. I am certifed through Scrum alliance as a Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). In addition to agile modalities I am experienced in hybrid and waterfall methodologies as taught by Project Management Institute (PMI) of which I am also a member. Throughout my career I have project managed various products and processes including mobile app development, mobile-enhanced website and web-based products, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementations, enterprise-wide & multi-site technology upgrade implementations, projects designed to automate workflows, regulatory and compliance processes among other things. Some of my work was spent in the nonprofit sector where technology resources were scarce and these implementations required guiding senior and upper management through the technological conversion via clear communications, training and developing feedback loops. It is for this reason that I embraced the Scrum ceremonies which are naturally designed to create a communication feedback loop between the DevOps team and management. Earlier on I worked as a front end developer, UX/UI designer, hardware and network support and technical writer. Later on in my career I operated mainly out of the C-suite managing projects in the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer. From these roles I have also gained significant experience in developing pro forma and budgets and am excellent in executing on or below budget with high quality/value outcomes. I most enjoy bridging the gap between the needs of the development teams and the wants of management, customers and other stakeholders. "Dina was consistently responsive and communicative, in addition to being highly knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She worked efficiently, carefully read all instructions, and responded with insightful questions that challenged us to specify our vision as a company. When she disagreed with one of our ideas, she made it known in a thoughtful, respectful fashion that only served to advance the conversation and deepen our ongoing work. Her feedbacks and commentary were always constructive. While we came into this contract with a clear idea as to the work Dina would be doing, she also helped us to further define the parameters of her responsibilities. I cannot recommend Dina highly enough and fully intend to work with her again in the future."
