Sales Development Manager

I've been into Sales industry for more than 7 years and have handled different niche like B2B/B2C, Real Estate, Saas, Telesales, Customer service and Account Management. I am excellent in providing good customer service to my clients when I was a Customer Support and my certificates would be available If you request for a proof. When I was promoted, I've been handling multiple teams and served as their walking encyclopedia as I was very trained for our product specifics. I have worked in a B2B account and was communicating directly with the Presidents, CEOs, and owners of the companies. I also worked in Data Entry team for encoding our clients company information. Overall, I worked in a Call Center Industry for more than two years and become an English tutor working at home. I was also trained by a Third party platform about Real State terms as I initially applied as an appointment setter. I worked with one client before doing telemarketing for his internet business though it lasted for a month because he is doing business trial. With all these experiences, I must say that I am equipped with information I need for any applications I will apply for. I am currently looking for fulltime job where I can show off my skills and be an expert for your company. My recent job was being a Sales Development Manager of a US Software account -SaaS. I am handling a team of 20-30 OB SDR's who's doing an outbound/inbound calls. Monitoring their skills and setting action plans are one of my biggest task as manager to ensure the progress of the entire team as part of company's success.
