Keep updated with product and service information to answer customer questions
Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using customer service software and tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
