My Client wanted me to research if there are any open mortgages or deed of trust on the given property address and enter the mortgage / DOT details in Podio.
I have prepared an template in Microsoft Excel where I need to enter only the key information like borrower name, lender name, loan amount, recording date, maturity date and recording information.
By using the excel template I'm able to to reduce the data entry time significatnly
Searching US Public records to determine the ownership of the property and to determine open liens and mortgages.
Entering the searched information in Podio.
