"We hired Victor as a very skilled Backend RoR Dev. He completed his tasks with great dedication and is very communicative. Questions are asked where necessary and he is making a good effort to understand the business perspective. Unfortunately Victor couldn‘t use his full potential within the boundries of our project, which is not his fault but due to the strict separation of Backend and Frontend. He helped us a lot to bring structure, optimization and improvements to our API. Overall an excellent experience and we hope to work with Victor again in the future!"

"He accepted the project but soon after he charged me $400, he emailed me that this project is taking more time to research, so he cant work anymore on this. I've lost my time and money on this, it was easy for him to say that he can't work anymore. He should have studied the project carefully before accepting it."

"We agreed with Atezaz to a certain task that I estimated to take 40 hours. I managed to do the work twice as fast, for 20 hours. When I received the next task, I took some time to research on it and understood it's better to not start with it since I do not have enough background knowledge to accomplish it in timely manner and advised him to find an experienced developer in the respective area. I did not charge anything for the day that I took to research. The task I accomplished was done as requested and could be used for further development."

"We brought Viktor on to help us upgrade and maintain a legacy Rails app. He worked out great - was super responsive via email, conscientious with his work, and unafraid to ask questions when he needed clarification on a goal or requirement. He has a good sense of humor and a positive attitude. I never spoke with Viktor directly (only communicated over email) so I can't comment on his spoken english, but we had no trouble with written english communication. We have an in-house technical team so we were able to provide close guidance and feedback to Viktor as the work was completed to ensure it aligned with our procedures and code standards. Viktor was able to complete the desired scope of work in good time so we were able to move him into additional "stretch goal" functionality. I'd recommend Viktor to anyone looking for a hard-working Ruby/Rails engineer to supplement their existing development team. Overall we're been very happy with him and will continue to work with him in the future."
