Sourcing candidates through searches, job postings on the Internet, employee referrals, candidate referrals, In-house database and Personal Network, both for Permanent & Temporary Positions. 4- Generating candidate database through advertising, job sites, referrals, headhunting and search engines. 5- Preparing Offer Letter for selected candidates and Letter of Rejection for unsuccessful candidates 6- Preparing monthly/weekly vacancy listings and reports 7- Preparing Permanent/contract templates for selected candidates 8- Working and reporting directly to clients including Director.
