"I was suspicious that Himanshu was spending too much time on smaller features, so we got an external CTO to review the performance of Himanshu. The result was not good. For example, spending 20 hours on 100 lines of code. Aside from this, there were many times (20+) where Himanshu promised to do something quickly (eg, 'I will fix that in a few minutes'), and instead didn't deliver for days. He also forgot to work on certain features, even after I reminded him several times. To summarise, I suggest you hire a CTO who can monitor the code of Himanshu, or any cheaper dev you hire. Also, I don't trust the upwork time tracker, I think it is very easy for freelancers to hack the time tracker, as such I suggest that you use a 'fixed price' project. Hopefully Himanshu uses this feedback to work harder on future projects, his communication skills were good (aside from not following through with his promises) and his english is great."

"Thank you for the feedback. The problem is Ash is non technical and if a third person comes and say hey this is wrong, Means that is wrong. He does not evaluate the work, Sometime 100 lines of code logic takes many hours and sometime it can be done in few mins. I am the Second or Third developer on this project the reason is only he listen to the new person. A new person says this is wrong then get over from that person and get new person. Anyway I wish you best for the project to be successful . But single advise for you please always stick with your experience person words not the new comer who just say anything without any consolidation. He say code is poor but no example was provided it was poor and even no clarification. Project MVP is done and The reason he is confused in each scenario. He is good person but he is non technical which is causing barrier to complete the successful project. Again Thank you for the work you have providing so far."
