"Catherine got the job done in less than 24 hours. Executed everything correctly. Didn’t have to give much direction and she clearly has the knowledge and expertise of someone who knows commercial real estate. Not only did Catherine redline the contract and make all the necessary changes, but she also explained to me the type of contract I had before me, the norms and extras for that type of contract, and what she redlined and why. After I explained to her the verbal discussions I had with the commercial property owner, Catherine made additional changes and sent back the contract redlined and further corrected per my verbal agreement. I would hire Catherine again before I hire an expense attorney who knows nothing about real estate. She knows this space very well and can handle any job. Plus she’s so easy to work with."
