"I hired Mitchell to takeover one of my clothing brand clients ad accounts at the last minute. I own an ad agency, and I needed coverage for a month for this particular client because I was not going to be able to manage them myself. As anyone knows, it is EXTREMELY difficult to find a competent ads manager these days, ESPECIALLY when you're competent with advertising. Everyone always has their own strategies and frameworks, but handing over an account you birthed is difficult. Over 80 people applied to my job post, I interviewed over 30 people, and Mitch was in my top 5. I hired 3 people before Mitch through no fault of his own, I was just testing 3 at a time. I ended up letting go of one after a month due to incompetence (surprise), they just did not have a strong strategy when it came to optimization and TESTING (the most important word in advertising lmao), so I brought Mitch in to see if he had the chops.
