I work as Document designer (Desctop Publisher) with business documents for PowerPoint, Word and able to transform the look of your documents to a new professional level. Magic of DTP specialist! You will never again have to choose between staying with your editable MS Office business document with limited formatting touches and trust a professional designer but refuse from an opportunity to finalize the content at the last minute. Text-heavy business documents, difficult charts, diagrams, tables full of data, which should stay only on one page…. All these documents can be transformed into sophisticated, structured, and understandable documents. Allow me to propose you creative infographic pieces, meaningful icons to transform symbols into visually appealing messages. Do not be afraid of future edits: I make documents adapted for future updates and give you all necessary instructions on how all elements are bound into the structure and points to pay your attention to save the complex while editing a document. I work with digital documents like presentations, slide docs, various marketing materials, analytics reports, survey summaries and detailed results, manuals, newsletters, various estimation and registration forms, CVs, and one-pagers. __________________________________________________________________________ I can manage 24 hours project for my regular client. What I can do as the first project? How you can be sure of getting an excellent result? Let me show the attitude: ➀ Discussing the task in details and delivering the free sample 2-3 slides. Term: 1,5 hours (for projects where brand style is already existed, 36 hours for projects where the style should be created). At this stage I may seem to you boring but this is the most important step to delivering the result that meets your expectations. Result: agreed and approved standard for the whole project. ➁ Start of the project after receiving feedback and reworking the full document. Term: 1-2 days (estimate as 15-20 slides per day). ➂ Updating the reworked document according to your comments. Term: 1-3 hours. We have approved standard, so no great changes can appear on this sage and the timing is real. My Background: ✦ 15 years of experience focused in marketing in the advertising industry as a Strategic and Business Development director. Business style of thinking and thousands of presentations created, revised, and compiled. ✦ 8 years of self-employment as a business documents designer (7+ hours per day) working mainly on Upwork.
