"Nemanja and his team are amazing! We see night and day differences in our company and learned invaluable information that will stand the test of time in regards to processes. Over the past several years I hired a few other freelancers to help us with processes so we can scale our digital marketing agency. It just wasn't successful despite paying tons of money for over a year to others. I gave it one last shot and found Nem. We had an introduction call and we really hit it off. I have severe ADHD and for me to create SOPs and build this out in ClickUp was never going to happen. Nem helped me take all of the knowledge in my brain and structure it into a process. He provided flow charts, documents for each task, and then built it into ClickUp. He also helped consolidate all of our comments by using Slack instead of text, email, Skype, etc where we would lose conversations or docs. We got more than just process mapping, we got consulting that improved all of our team's day to day activities. Nem and his team always gave great advice that was easy to implement and they held us accountable if we we deviating from the process in place. This project may have ended but we are still working together for consulting and other processes for another business. Nem and his team are great assets and I highly recommend them especially if you're in the digital marketing niche."
