Education: - BA in Psychology - 4 year diploma in teaching - 120 hr TEFL certificate; and - Various course and skill certifications Experience - Vodacom / Vodafone and Ericsson: - Corporate Training: 23 Years (Creating content, train-the-trainers, delivering training and reporting) - Internal Project Communications: 13 Years (Creating plans and content, sending out and reporting: Newsletters, emails, project and training communications, etc) - Project Change Management: 13 Years (identifying needs; creating plans; process flow creation and improvements; approvals; reporting; management, etc) Project experience: IT and Finance projects have been end-to-end implementations: Large in scale (SAP, SOX, EWC, Concur, IFRS15, S4); with varying degrees of complexity and local market maturity; and the majority have involved multi-country implementations, all managed remotely. Global experience: I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds in the Philippines; Australia; USA; Spain, throughout Africa, Sweden, Germany, India, Italy and England.
