I am an HR Specialist and an Online Professional. I am equipped with Business Management and Leadership Skills, Data Management and Project Management Skills, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, and Graphic Design Skills and I am also proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, SalesForce CRM, and other software and tools. I am adaptable, goal-driven, a quick learner, and have a strong work ethic and professionalism. I worked as an HR Specialist and as an Employee Engagement Specialist for different BPO companies. My scopes of duties include case management and administrative work, like data entry and reporting. I also performed project management like events planning and organization. I have designed an internal job posting template that was used by the previous company I worked with across all sites in the Philippines. I have designed several posters and comms materials used for different events.  I also worked as a Customer Service Representative with several different campaigns like telco, finance, sales, and tech support for more  than 10 years.
