I build automation and custom software that take manual, repetitive operational work — the kind still running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper checklists — and turn it into systems that run themselves. I come at this from inside operations, not from the outside looking in. Six years in international logistics (DHL Express, World Courier) handling corporate accounts, SLAs and cold-chain pharmaceutical shipments, and currently working in hotel operations in New Zealand — where I built the software the property now runs on. That background is the reason I tend to ask what shouldn't be automated before writing anything. Some of what I've built: Hotel operations suite — a full system for a 173-room resort. Room allocation engine that balances workload across cleaning teams by actual effort rather than room count, with geographic routing and an iterative optimization pass. Real-time dashboards across four staff roles, PIN-based access control, audit logging on every change. Python, Flask, SQLite. Running on live property data, recovering roughly two hours of manual coordination per day. Production n8n workflows — for a client in Indonesia: scheduled reporting pulling from Notion and delivering over WhatsApp, a reminder flow, and an Instagram monitoring workflow with deduplication. Self-hosted on my own VPS, running unattended for months. In-room ordering system — QR/NFC menu with room number embedded, live kitchen queue with order state tracking through to room billing. Flask + SQLite. Bilingual digital menu with WhatsApp cart — customers build an order on their phone and send it as a formatted message. HTML/CSS/JS, deployed on Netlify. Tools I work with: n8n (self-hosted), Make, Zapier, WhatsApp API (Green API), Notion API, Apify, OpenAI and Claude APIs, REST APIs and webhooks. Python, Flask, SQLite and HTML/CSS/JavaScript when a workflow needs real logic or storage behind it rather than a longer chain of nodes.
