All I would need from you is your unit pricing, and I will get to work. I can also use either my own spreadsheets that I can customize for your job, or your own spreadsheets/tools if you have a preference. -I can help streamline the project management process. When issues arise in the field, I can comprehend messages from on-site workers to develop RFIs complete with sketches and pictures relating to the drawings to explain why there is a conflict/issue. -I can help your company maintain an up-to-date, accurate set of electronic as-builts. As drawings are reissued or require changes due to owner changes, architect changes, RFIs, or any other reason, I can redline the electronic as-builts so that the project team has the most up-to-date drawings at all times. -I can help review and send submittals to the design team for their review. I will review these against the drawings and project specifications to ensure the right products are being submitted, all the required documentation per the specifications is being submitted, and that all shop drawings are accurate. -I can help develop a procurement schedule to prioritize submittals by on-site delivery dates and lead times. I will develop this by reviewing the project schedule to see what dates certain materials are needed on the job site. From there, I can find out lead times and determine due dates for submittals to ensure all products arrive on-site when they are supposed to so that delays can be avoided.
