I’m Art — a Top Rated web developer with 100% Job Success, 20+ years of hands-on IT experience, and a long track record of fixing, improving, optimizing, and automating real-world web systems. My strongest work is PHP, MySQL, WordPress, WooCommerce, JavaScript, APIs, automation, Cloudflare, Nginx, page speed, SEO, and legacy-system debugging. I’m especially useful when you need someone who can jump into an existing project, understand the codebase quickly, find the real cause of the problem, and ship a practical fix without turning it into a giant rebuild. Clients usually hire me for: • PHP/MySQL debugging, custom features, admin panels, CMS work, and database-driven platforms • WordPress and WooCommerce development, maintenance, plugin/theme fixes, WP-CLI, redirects, REST API work, performance issues, and SEO/metadata cleanup • API integrations with Stripe, PayPal, SendGrid/SMTP, Google Maps/Places/Geocoding, social APIs, market-data APIs, crypto exchange APIs, and custom PHP SDK/signature logic • JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap, front-end fixes, forms, modals, dashboards, and workflow improvements • Cloudflare, DNS, Nginx, caching, bot protection, redirects, server troubleshooting, logging, rate limiting, and origin-side security rules • Page-speed optimization for WordPress, WooCommerce, custom PHP sites, Cloudflare, LiteSpeed/LiteSpeed Cache, Nginx caching, WP Rocket, images, scripts, and database cleanup • Automation using PHP, Python, Node.js, shell scripts, browser automation, scraping, cron jobs, CSV/JSON feeds, and private-server data workflows • Technical SEO, Google Search Console, Semrush, internal linking systems, metadata, indexing problems, content publishing workflows, and SEO automation My professional IT path started in 2001 at Widevine in Seattle, where I worked with IRC monitoring and scripting. After that, I worked with a development team building a fully custom eCommerce platform, which gave me deep professional exposure to PHP, SQL, Python, Perl, JavaScript, HTML, and server management. Since then, I’ve worked across PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Vue, Gatsby, Python, Perl, C, Objective-C, Java, Delphi, shell scripting, Linux/Unix, AWS, Firebase, Shopify, Webflow, NationBuilder, EveryAction/NGPVan, and more. Recent Upwork work includes PHP form-error fixes, website development, long-term technical support, Shopify automation, PHP/JSON cart and checkout work, WordPress redirect cleanup, DNS/Webflow configuration, MySQL quota troubleshooting, WordPress maintenance, front-end development, and custom landing page work. What clients tend to value most is that I don’t just “write code.” I troubleshoot. I read messy systems. I find where things are actually breaking. I clean up bad logic. I improve performance. I explain what I changed. And I try to leave the project easier to maintain than I found it. I’m comfortable with both modern builds and older production systems. If your project is polished and well-documented, great. If it’s legacy PHP, old WordPress, half-custom WooCommerce, weird JavaScript, server issues, broken redirects, API failures, mystery database problems, or a codebase that previous developers struggled with, I can usually help. I value clear communication, practical solutions, careful testing, and honest handoff notes. My goal is not to over-engineer your project — it is to get the right fix shipped safely, explain it clearly, and help your site or system run better. If your project involves PHP, WordPress, MySQL, APIs, automation, Cloudflare, Nginx, SEO, page speed, or debugging a difficult production issue, I’d be happy to help. Thanks for your consideration!

Take your concept across multiple platforms with Unity! I'm Randy Blain and I've been working daily with the Unity Game Engine for successful commercial applications since 2009 in a full range of capacities including as a coder, developer, art assets producer, and team leader. I have also had a successful career as a monument sculptor, Creative Director, Technical Lead for CTO startups, songwriter musician and fine artist. My focus is on interactive 3D applications and game design and development..One of my long term projects here was for Cognitive Code, the original Markov Chain conversational AI of which patents for were utilized by Google and others. Over that time I have created frameworks, applications and components for AEC industry, BIM data and game companies, entertainers, VJ tools, combat and navigation systems, ARCgis geopositioning, museum kiosks, theatre sized driving sims, eLearning applications, arduino driven interfaces and controllers, used many REST APIs. I have a thorough grounding in mathematics and game mechanics. I read and write Unity C# fluently. I am a problem solver/bug fixer, know how to squeeze performance out of a framework and can oversee a project from start to completion. My most recent immersive 3d interactive client project was for Vizz and Mr Arol Wolford, the gentleman behind the BIM spec and creator of the original Revit.. This involved pipelining Revit architectural files into the Unity engine, tagging all components with BIM specs and having the ability to fully track every object in the project as it was ordered, the vendor ordered from, the cost, date of delivery, date of install. A timeline of the project was developed that allowed project managers to scrub the timeline to see how the project appeared on any given day, in the past or future giving the ability to instantly see where progress on the actual build construction was occurring and on schedule, ahead or behind. Networked chat, guided tours and recording of virtual tours were implemented along with many communications and tracking subsystems. The result of all that work was it brought 3 million in tech venture funding in the door. It was deployed to over 1000 computers at the world's largest architectural firm. I also implemented a VimAEC viewer that was a cut down version of the Vizz application that was featured as a Unity partner on its front page for several months. Other projects I was involved in were an interactive Museum kiosk for The Armory in San Francisco tat was an heuristically embedded info-node application that linked through all the artifacts and history of the institution. Basically you could start by touching any node and it would center and expand revealing text, sounds, videoclips and/or audio with related links surrounding it. Starting at any node one could review the entire history of the institution in the manner that one found most interesting. Another large project was for Jaguar-Land Rover and was a theatrical sized driving sim though San Francisco, Yosemite and along a California coastal highway. I have a comprehensive understanding of game mechanics and 3D interactive systems and UI/UX paired with several decades in digital and fine arts, 3D hard surface and organic/character modeling/texturing/rigging/animating. I have been involved in sound, video and film recording, as well as advertising, artwork creation, direction, engineering and management, illustration and sculpture for over twenty years. My ability to direct the creative design workflow and make efficient use of digital art assets will save you money while resulting in a superior product that competes favorably in an international market. I find the Unity game engine to offer the most flexible and comprehensive currently extant SDK when the aim is to create a cohesive and captivating game or 3D interactive experience. I own a few hundred Unity plugins and have worked with many SDK's across the board. As I have frequently worked with teams in which there are both creative and financial partners involved in a project, I can happily provide documentation that contributes to a cohesive workflow within the organization. A lifelong creative collaborator, it thrills me to be working at a time in history when the combined forces of economic demand and technological advancement have enabled me to enjoy successful artistic expression with others through the captivating medium of the games and 3D Interactive applications.
