Hi, I'm AB. I help companies build reliable cloud infrastructure, automate operational workflows, and improve the way their platforms run in production. Over the past few years, I've worked with startups and enterprise teams on cloud architecture, Kubernetes platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration. Whether it's deploying a new platform, improving reliability, reducing operational overhead, or automating a complex process, I enjoy turning complicated problems into solutions that are easy to maintain. A few areas I frequently work in: • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, OCI) • Kubernetes & Container Platforms • Terraform & Infrastructure as Code • CI/CD & Release Automation • DevOps & Platform Engineering • Workflow Orchestration (Temporal) • Monitoring & Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) • Distributed Systems & Backend Infrastructure • AI/LLM Infrastructure & Agent Workflows Clients typically bring me in when they need to: ✓ Modernize cloud infrastructure ✓ Build or improve deployment pipelines ✓ Automate manual operational processes ✓ Scale systems reliably ✓ Improve observability and incident response ✓ Design resilient architectures for growth I value clear communication, practical solutions, and building systems that continue working long after the project is delivered. If you're looking for someone who can bridge infrastructure, software engineering, and platform operations, I'd be happy to discuss your project.

I’m a full-stack web developer with 15+ years of experience building scalable web applications, modern user interfaces, and data-driven systems. My core expertise is in Angular, React, Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, where I develop complete end-to-end solutions—from frontend interfaces to backend APIs and database design. I focus on clean architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability. I also have strong experience in 3D web applications using CesiumJS and Three.js, as well as 3D/VR development using Unity. I’ve built systems such as drone simulation tools with waypoint planning, photorealistic 3D viewers, and measurement-based applications for real-world models. I also have experience working on Cesium-to-Unity workflows, enabling spatial and simulation data integration between web and immersive environments. One of my key strengths is working with complex spatial and structural data transformations, including the conversion of 2D roofing data into accurate 3D models. This work required advanced geometric thinking and precise modeling to generate realistic 3D structures from flat input data. I’ve also worked with CKEditor to build dynamic and customizable content editing systems. I also develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, building high-performance apps for both Android and iOS with a single codebase. I focus on clean UI, smooth performance, and seamless API integration with backend systems. On the backend, I have strong experience building REST APIs and real-time systems using Node.js, PHP, Firebase, and GraphQL. I’ve also worked on integrations for business and workflow systems. I’m experienced with AWS cloud technologies, including serverless architecture, scalable deployments, and CI/CD workflows for production systems. In addition, I work with AI-based video creation and editing, including prompt engineering, scriptwriting, generating visuals, and producing polished video content. Core Skills Frontend & Web: Angular, React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Backend & Database: Node.js, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Firebase, GraphQL 3D, Simulation & VR: CesiumJS, Three.js, Unity, Cesium-to-Unity workflows Cloud & DevOps: AWS (serverless, deployment), CI/CD pipelines APIs & Real-time Systems: REST APIs, WebSocket-based systems, business integrations Tools & Libraries: CKEditor, Elementor, advanced UI components, web visualization tools AI & Creative: AI video generation, prompt design, scriptwriting. I build production web GIS platforms, real-time tracking systems, and spatial data pipelines, with 8+ years of experience delivering for logistics, real estate, agriculture, and government clients. Because I cover both the spatial backend and the full-stack frontend, you don't need to coordinate three contractors — I take projects end-to-end, from PostGIS schema design through Mapbox GL JS frontends to AWS deployment. Web GIS & Mapping Mapbox GL JS, MapLibre GL, deck.gl, Leaflet, OpenLayers, Cesium, ArcGIS JS SDK, Google Maps API. Vector tiles (MVT), tile servers (TileServer GL, Martin, pg_tileserv), custom basemaps, 3D terrain, and WebGL rendering of millions of features. Spatial Backend & Data PostGIS, pgRouting, Oracle Spatial, ArcSDE, GeoServer, ArcGIS Enterprise. ETL with GDAL/OGR, GeoPandas, Shapely, Turf.js, and FME. Routing, isochrones, geocoding/reverse geocoding, spatial joins, and raster analysis. GeoParquet, DuckDB Spatial, Snowflake, Databricks. Full-Stack Development Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind, Material UI Backend: Node.js (NestJS, Express), Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), Laravel, .NET Mobile: React Native, Flutter — with offline maps and GPS tracking Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, SQLite, DuckDB DevOps & Cloud Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. What I typically build - Web GIS dashboards and field-data viewers - Real-time GPS tracking, fleet, and telematics platforms - Routing and last-mile delivery applications - Property and real estate mapping portals - Agriculture and environmental monitoring tools - Geospatial APIs and tile-serving infrastructure - Migrations from Esri/ArcGIS to open-source stacks (and the reverse) I use Claude Code for coding. I run a small GIS agency, Mapzx, and I'm happy to jump on a Zoom call to scope your project.

Linux, virtualization and networking — the three layers most infrastructure problems live between. I build, migrate, troubleshoot and operate them: Proxmox VE clusters, VMware and Hyper-V migrations, bare-metal Kubernetes, firewalls and site-to-site VPNs. Top-Rated · 100% Job Success · 58 jobs · 651 hours 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗢 I work the whole stack underneath the application — the network, the hypervisor, the Linux host, the storage, the container platform. That range is the point. The faults that cost the most time are rarely inside one system. They sit between the firewall and the hypervisor, or between the Linux host and the container network. Those are the ones I get called for. 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗜'𝗠 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗟 Infrastructure you own — Proxmox and VMware clusters, and Kubernetes running on bare metal or your own hypervisors, with real networking and storage underneath rather than a managed cloud service handling it for you. Plenty of engineers can deploy a workload onto a managed cluster. Fewer can tell you why the CNI is dropping traffic, why the ingress works from one subnet and not another, or why the storage layer stalls under load. 𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 They don't fail on the hypervisor. They fail on the parts around it: • the vSwitch that doesn't map cleanly to a Linux bridge • the VLAN that survives the move but not the reboot • the site-to-site VPN that drops when the edge changes • the backup nobody restore-tested Those are the parts I plan first, not the parts I discover at 2am on cutover night. 𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 • Proxmox VE cluster design, HA, Corosync and live migration • VMware ESXi / vSphere and Hyper-V migration planning to Proxmox and KVM • Ceph and ZFS storage • Proxmox Backup Server, backup verification and restore testing • V2V and P2V planning • Cutover sequencing and rollback 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦 & 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 • Docker and Docker Compose • Kubernetes on bare metal and on-premises • Cluster networking, CNI and ingress • Rook Ceph for stateful workloads • MetalLB and load balancing • Prometheus and Grafana • Self-hosted platform operations 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗫 & 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 • Ubuntu, Debian and RHEL administration • Hardening, patching and performance troubleshooting • NGINX and reverse proxies • DNS and SSL/TLS • Monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana and Zabbix • Bash scripting and Ansible automation • Backup and restore testing 𝗡𝗘𝗧𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 & 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗥 • pfSense and OPNsense • VLANs and network segmentation • IPsec and WireGuard site-to-site VPN • Dual-WAN and failover • Routing, switching and firewall rule design • Network troubleshooting and packet-level diagnosis 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 Assess, plan, implement, test the rollback, cut over, document, operate. I plan before I touch anything. I test the rollback before the change. I document what I did so your team can run it without me. If something is outside what I can honestly deliver, I'll say so.
