👋I’m a former business consultant and ai-hobbyist turned automation specialist. In my time, I’ve; 🕰️Unlocked 1000s of hours collectively for the business owners I’ve worked with. 🤖Implemented custom-automated solutions ranging from sales & marketing to onboarding, project management, invoicing, and hiring. Name the business area or problem, and I've most likely worked on it—or a variation. — 🤙Here’s the more long-winded take. I have over four years of experience helping companies maximize their business potential. Recently, I finished a longer-term project with a company in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. The company is projected to achieve revenue growth of 30-40% by the end of 2024 after having been at the same revenue level for the prior five years. During my project with the client, I’ve: 1. Implemented EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), ensuring all the business areas, projects, employees, and culture stands aligned. From the big-picture vision, values & culture down to the day-to-day operations. 2. Implemented the “Buy-Back-Your-Time-Process” to elevate the CEO and key employees from the day-to-day operation. 3. Implemented a customized monday.com setup as the work-management OS (single source of truth) and tailor-made automated systems. If I were to describe what I do succinctly, it would be this; I streamline and automate your business systems. So you get a lot more for a lot less. This is primarily comprised of two macro steps: 1. Making your business more automated. 2. Making all the “non-automatable” systems as effective as possible. The truth is that there’s a growing divide between business owners who attack their businesses in a systematic and automated way and those who don’t. Especially in the age of AI. I help you bridge that gap…all while: 1) Working less and making more money. 2) Making your business more structured, ordered, and streamlined. 3) Deploying automation, strategically, into your business. A common mistake many business owners make when implementing automation and improving their systems is creating systems for the sake of creating systems. My approach is different. It’s not about using AI or automation just because it’s trendy, nor about adopting the latest tool for novelty's sake. Instead, I focus on: 1. Building customized systems tailored to your specific business needs, all while 2. Using your existing software and 3. Addressing your unique challenges. My journey from “start until current” can be described as such: I started my career in business consultancy and later pivoted into creating automation for businesses. During my business consultancy days, we assisted everyone from dentists, botanists, construction companies, and marketing agencies in maximizing their business potential. Everything we did revolved around the 20/80 principle but in a business-related context. This allowed us to identify the hidden but effective non-automatable levers to pull to get to the next level of business growth. Be it: 1) Improving their sales and marketing. Solving the “client acquisition bottleneck“, that so many business owners struggle with. 2) Restructuring their entire business from the ground up. So everything goes from chaotic and unstructured to orderly, clear and structured. 3) Implementing the “buy-back-your-time”-process, for the business owner. Where he/she goes from working 12 hour days a day down to 4. All while earning more money. I’ve now combined these skills with being able to create automated systems for “said business”. The real kicker is this. Many people know about Data-Science, Web-Dev, AI, and Automation. Many people have consulted small to medium-sized businesses on all things “not automation”.
