Once these were all implemented, I didn't feel carrying the salary of a full-time CPA made sense for the company and I realized I would be more fulfilled moving forward with other career opportunities. In 2021, after 6 years of leadership experience and development, I certified with The John Maxwell Team as a Coach, Speaker, and Trainer to utilize my experience helping individuals and businesses.
