I'm currently taking on new clients. Right now I split my time between two businesses on a contract basis: a coffee roaster with multiple retail shops and a wholesale channel, where I work directly alongside the Financial Controller and CFO, and an IT company where I run finance on my own. That mix is reconciling daily Square deposits across locations, tracking wholesale invoicing separately, owning the month and quarter close with budget vs. actual and variance analysis, plus payroll, bookkeeping, tax filing, and bank reconciliation end to end. 14+ years in accounting, with the last several focused specifically on businesses selling through multiple channels and payment processors. I've worked with Square, Shopify, and Stripe also with inventory tracking software like Fishbowl, Roastertools and Globalbake, and I'm comfortable in QuickBooks Online.
