I am a chartered engineer and member of Institution of Mechanical Engineers of UK. I did a MSc. in Mechanical engineering. I established in the MSc. a non-linear path tracking globally asymptotically stable controller using Lyapunov theory. I used 3 layers if controls the highest one was an A* navigation algorithm, then the path tracking control that I implemented and finally the PID controller to control the speed of the wheels. To perform the the simulations I used SIMULINK and I established a dynamic model using Lagrange's and Virtual work methods. For real robot control I used LabVIEW for control, NI-DAQ, accelorometer, GPS, encoders, H-bridges and DC motors. As a professional engineer I have been working in engineering for 10 years. I worked on the Design/FEED and detailed engineering of pressure vessels, piping manifolds, cathodic protection, pumps, compressors, pipelines, subsea equipment for mechanical parts, valves and I issued various material selection reports.
