Apart from the software development side of my business, I also do transcription work. I specialize in delivering 100% accurate transcriptions in the shortest possible turn-around time, provided that the audio is clear. I use professional transcription software. Although my home language is Afrikaans, I am an advanced English speaker and hold a Master's degree in English. Apart from these two main categories of specialization, I offer software support in a number of desktop applications and have an active Helpline, offering support to private clients or companies who may not have in-house IT staff.
