Important note: A grave misunderstanding sent me from 100% job success to 64% overnight. A client changed his mind on a project, still paid me for my work and we left on good terms. After writing me a good review, he selected that the project was not completed without knowing that it would affect my score (the work was not completed because he changed his mind and decided to postpone his project). The client tried to change this but it did not work. We both contacted Upwork and they flat out refused to restore my score. My hard earned 100% score was butchered over night and I quit using Upwork. My score eventually dropped down to 50% (I suppose for not using it for over a year?)
