I am a screenwriter/editor/ghostwriter with over a decade of experience in the film industry. Screenplays I've written have gone on to win awards at film festivals (New York City International Film Fest, Manhattan Film Festival, New Filmmakers New York, GI film festival, Atlantic City Cinefest) and my first project debuted at Cannes Film Festival - Marche du Film, where it was picked up by a distribution company and released on Amazon, Netflix etc. Besides working on my own projects, I have been script editing/ghostwriting for years and have a keen eye and strong voice. I specialize in character-driven drama, thriller, comedy and independent films, but am open to any genre. I am excellent at editing, providing detailed feedback and suggestions when it comes to character development, backstory and bringing a fresh take on the material. I am currently working remote from abroad and have a flexible schedule. I am hyper-focused, creative, communicative and excited to work on new projects!

Here to help take your script or idea to the next level! With a decade’s worth of experience as a script reader for companies such as The Black List, Andrew Lauren Productions, The Donners’ Company, Coverfly, Shore Scripts, and many more, I bring extensive knowledge of scriptwriting to any project. Working in development has allowed me to understand what makes a project stand out and how to get it to the point of selling. Whether that be editing your project, providing feedback, or adding my own writing to your idea, I will be happy to be a collaborative partner and add complete professionalism from start to finish. Having spent a long period of my career in development, I have shifted my focus more toward my own writing. This has allowed me to see tremendous success in my own projects, with my psychological thriller, THRESHOLD, ranking in the top lists on The Black List for the genre. It has received glowing reviews, calling it “hard to put down,” “leaves us on the edge of our seats,” and one reader stated that “Because this script is so well written, it feels as if it could be a strong calling card for the writer.” Outside of my own writing, I have also helped numerous clients ghostwrite and punch up their scripts. This work has spanned all different genres and mediums, from noir to comedy to thrillers and dramas, including work in TV, Film, Podcasts, and YouTube. I am a highly adaptable writer and have the right experience to make any project stand out. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions about rate or turnaround times. Thanks for reading, and I hope to work together soon!

During my 35-year run as a writer and editor, I tried a bit of everything before finally finding my home in the glorious madness of narrative design. I've paid the bills as a comedy writer (stand-up, sketch, radio) and newspaper editor. I wrote a comic-book series endorsed by Clive Barker and edited many many others, including a whole lot of books for Scout Comics. I wrote/directed the horror movie THE WRONG HOUSE and played monsters in several other films. For the video game EPIC TAVERN, I created hundreds of quests, more than 150 playable characters with unique backstories, and did extensive worldbuilding. For MURDER ON THE MIDWAY (which I also coded), I designed dialogue trees and created a fully-functioning traveling carnival loaded with dozens of memorable characters. I recently cowrote the 10-episode audio series UNDERTOW: BLOOD FOREST and wrote the standalone audio ghost story RETURN TO BLACKOUT POINT, both of which were produced and distributed by Realm. I thrive on complexity, I have a quiet, dedicated home office deep in the Maine wilderness and impeccable references as a remote writer and editor. It is my firm belief that having worked in damn-near every storytelling medium known to humankind has prepared me to handle anything a project throws at me.
