Prices are fair, because you certainly get what you pay for in this industry. Larger companies may be a little lower, but everything is done through automation without that personal touch. Also, please note that the hourly rate listed is for 10 minutes of transcribed audio, so an hour of audio will be billed for 6 working hours.
