This project involved syncing item, inventory, orders, customers, billing, refunds between NetSuite and Shopify. It had to built in such a way that it could accommodate around 20k orders per day.

Single employee licensee is used by many employees to make changes in transaction. Use suitescript to record the exact name of user who made the change. This is done by assigning a secret key to everyone using that employee license. During edit, using suitescript user is asked to enter secret key and if it matches one of the correct values, retrieve the name of actual user and set in a custom record which is displayed as a subrecord in transaction record.
Integration with DocuSign
Use DocuSign bundle to integrate it with sales order and using suitescript allow the sales order pdf to be automatically retrieved when user clicks on send with DocuSign button.
