Main duties included daily management of inbox, sales processing, refunds processing, database clean-up, management of the public and private Facebook group, invoice production, late payers management, affiliate commission calculation, and other special projects. 

 Most of the time I was working in a very busy environment, especially during Live Webinars - providing immediate live support through our inbox.
