Over the years I've helped almost 100 companies design, scale, and optimize their revenue process through proper use of the tool, and even been asked to be a speaker at HubSpot's West Coast Summit. Having done this for the last five years I can tell you that clients hire me for three reasons: 1. They know they aren’t using HubSpot to its full potential, and want a better ROI 2. Their account has become so messy over time that the data has become unreliable 3. They are about to get started with HubSpot and want to make sure they use it correctly There are a lot of consultants that can help with the above, but I’m typically hired because of my experience building and scaling companies outside the confines of HubSpot. I've designed and trained sales teams with GTM strategies within the tool a few times over now, each revenue channel scaling to at least $2m in revenue in the first year. Having done this so many times I know that a successful HubSpot implementation/optimization ensures that everyone gets what they need, from individual contributors to the boardroom. A team member should be enabled by the HubSpot tool, not slowed down. Executives should be able to see real-time insights and granular reports for company performance. There should be perfect harmony between human input and automated workflows. HubSpot is an expensive tool, you should know its ROI for your business.
