I am a professional illustrator with the talent and skills to carry your concept to finished project with passion and dedication. My experience with various clients has made me a flexible artist open to outside- of the box and innovative ideas. I work mostly in traditional drawing and painting illustrations, however can do excellent digital work on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I have worked digitally, traditionally and in public art. One of my most exciting accomplishments was working on the first- ever fully painted, 80- minute feature film, called Loving Vincent, in Poland. I worked on the film with a team of international painter- animators to complete the last frames of the 64000+ frames of the film. It premiered in the United States in October 2017 and is now available on Netflix, and other platforms. I illustrate children's books of all kinds of styles in gouache, watercolor, pen and ink, pencil and mixed media. Some of the most recently published and award-winning books I have illustrated, are called "In the Nick of Time", "This is the Earth", "Like Rain Water" written by D. Cummings, "Little Tuckie", written by A. Tucker and "Dear Danger", a novel written by T. Lowe. With over 20 years of experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, and Animator, I bring a versatile creative perspective to every project. I hold a BFA from the Art Academy of Cincinnati with an emphasis in Illustration, a foundation that informs both my digital and traditional work. My background covers a broad commercial spectrum, providing my clients with well-rounded design solutions. This includes everything from brand identity and logos to packaging, print and web advertising, trade show displays, and product merchandising. Much of my work has been focused on assiting clients with self-publishing. To date, I have guided more than 30 titles—including children’s books, cookbooks, and self-help guides—through the entire production process. I offer hands-on expertise in cover art, interior layout, and navigation of platforms such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Mixam, and Barnes & Noble. Technically, I am highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects. Though much of my illustration work is completed digitally, whenever possible, I like to incorporate traditional media such as acrylics, oils, pencils, and watercolor. I have a degree in both Graphic Design and Visual Art and I’m super passionate about all sorts of hand-done illustration. I have ample experience with Adobe Suites and have completed a variety of commission projects including brand identities, public murals, logo designs, and more. I graduated from St.Petersburg Academy of Fine Arts in Russia. For most of my career in the US I have been doing custom made hand-painted designs for textile fabrics, bedding, placemats, and wallpapers. I work mostly with watercolors, gouache, and black and white. My specialties are animals, humans, and nature, both realistic and cartoon style. I have also illustrated books for various publishing companies such as Barnes & Noble, Penguin Random House, Simon and Schuster, etc.
