Job Type: Contract / Part-Time (Up to 4 hours/week) MUST be familiar and well-versed in LGBTQ+ culture. Schedule: Flexible, with set recurring tasks at the start and end of each week + ad-hoc tasks as they come in. Role Overview We are looking for a reliable content creator to help us produce consistent, on-brand materials using pre-existing templates. You will not be designing from scratch—instead, you will plug copy, images, and data into established formats across multiple platforms. This role is a mix of scheduled weekly work and light "on-call" tasks for sponsored content. Key Responsibilities Sponsored Content (Ad-Hoc): As orders come in, you will populate pre-designed templates (blog posts, social graphics, or email layouts) with client-provided text and imagery. Recurring Weekly Tasks: Complete a defined set of template-based assignments at the beginning of the week (setup) and at the end of the week (wrap-up/finalization). Ideal Candidate Highly organized, creative, and responsive to ad-hoc requests. Proficient with basic content tools (Asana, Notion, Canva, Figma). Comfortable following detailed style guides and checklists to ensure consistency. Able to turn around sponsored content quickly during busy periods. Requirements Well versed in Canva. Reliable internet and computer. Must be available for the recurring weekly anchor tasks (specific days/times can be discussed). We're a Maui-based ocean tour company seeking an experienced outreach link builder to earn high-quality editorial backlinks. This starts as a paid 5-link trial, with strong potential for an ongoing monthly engagement if the work meets our standard. We care about genuinely earned placements on real sites with real readers. No PBNs, no paid or sponsored posts, no guest-post farms or link marketplaces. The standard. Every link must meet all of these: Referring domain DR 20-70 (Ahrefs). A few higher are welcome; nothing below DR 15. Real organic traffic ~1,500+ monthly visits (Ahrefs or Semrush estimate). Strong DR with negligible traffic does not qualify. A genuine editorial page -- real byline, real content, recently updated. No sites that sell placements. Topically relevant: travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or mass-media outlets. Dofollow, in-content link (not footer, sidebar, or author bio). Anchors: branded, the URL, or natural partial phrases. No exact-match keyword anchors. Where links point ~90% to our homepage ~10% to key tour pages Helpful angles We prioritize domains that already link to at least 3 of our 5 competitors (link-intersect). Replacing broken competitor links is a plus. Deliverable & payment Fixed price, paid per live link that meets the full standard above. Trial batch: 5 links. Payment released when each link is live, indexed, and verified against the spec, not for outreach effort or hours logged. Please quote your price per qualifying link and an estimated timeline for the 5. Reporting For each delivered link: live URL, target page, anchor text, link type (follow/nofollow), referring-domain DR, estimated real organic traffic, a screenshot of the live placement, and a one-line note on the angle. Include a brief summary of outreach volume (sites contacted → replies → links). Flag any borderline calls before publishing. Quality guarantee Any link that is removed, de-indexed, or later found not to meet the spec must be replaced within 30 days at no additional charge. Payment is only for links that meet the standard and stay live. In your proposal, please include: 3-5 examples of editorial links you've earned in travel/lifestyle (live URLs). Your price per qualifying link and timeline for the 5-link trial. Briefly, your outreach method -- how you find and earn placements (no marketplaces). Confirm you screen to a real-traffic bar, not just DR. Please don't apply if you rely on link marketplaces, PBNs, or paid/sponsored posts.

A luxury photography business in San Francisco - 43K+ Instagram followers, existing press coverage, affluent clientele - is hiring a proactive person, small team, or boutique firm to grow the brand's presence and ultimately drive bookings across three lanes: 1. PR & Media - Pitch the founder to local magazines, podcasts and respond to journalist source requests. Target: ~1-2 placements/month. 2. Partnerships & Outreach - Build relationships that put the brand in front of affluent clients: celebrity and VIP teams, pro sports staff, tech executives' offices, private schools, charity galas, luxury hotels, private clubs, and referral partners (doulas, pediatricians, and similar, etc.) 3. Brand Deals - Pitch and negotiate paid brand collaborations and sponsored posts. The founder creates Reels and is also open to modeling, so brands get an on-camera face as well as a content creator. Who this is for: Someone with proven PR, business development, or influencer-marketing results - a hunter who pitches, follows up, opens doors, and brings new ideas monthly without being asked. US-based strongly preferred; Bay Area familiarity a big plus. Individuals, duos, and boutique firms all welcome (one dedicated point of contact required). To apply: Share 2–3 specific results you've personally driven (placements, partnerships, or deals - links or details), plus your availability and pricing.

We are looking for a high-end editor with green screen and After Effects experience for both supers/text work and background plate manipulation (adding movement and motion to a still image background plate) to edit a 15-20 minute long pharma-sponsored medical education video with a single subject sharing lots of onscreen visuals and data in the form of supers/text, graphs, etc. We filmed a doctor in various framings (full, medium and cu) reading a script on a green screen cyc stage. We lit the subject to match an existing background plate. The background plate is of an exterior prairie field and will require some comp and manipulation to add movement (moving clouds/horizon, slightly swaying trees, etc.). We need someone with exceptional keying skills (and possibly some roto) to place the doctor into the background plate, add appropriate ground shadow for wide shots of the doctor, as well as do a few post-production camera movements (mostly subtle track/zoom ins and outs). In addition, this video has a ton of text, graphics and date slides. These floating slides require motion graphics work and will share the screen with the doctor, or take up the full screen (depending on how info-dense the slides are). While we have the script and storyboards, many of these data visuals/slides will also need to be developed and layered in Photoshop/Illustrator in preparation for editing and motion graphics work. We have many previous examples we can share. Please do not apply if you do not have extensive experience making these types of educational and live footage explainer videos.

Title: U.S. Immigration Attorney Needed for Short L-1A Compliance Opinion I am looking for a licensed U.S. immigration attorney to provide a short written legal opinion on a narrow L-1A compliance question. I am currently in the United States in L-1A status and employed by my L-1A sponsoring employer. Separately, I am preparing a proposed EB-2 NIW endeavor. I am not asking for help preparing the EB-2 NIW petition. I need to know where the line is between permitted unpaid preparation for a future NIW endeavor and unauthorized outside work while I remain in L-1A status. The preliminary activities under L1A may include: * identifying professionals whose public finance posts or experience relate to possible future framework topics; * privately contacting finance professionals for general finance-control discussions; * asking for unpaid feedback on whether a proposed public finance-governance repository would be useful; * asking whether professionals may later be interested in unpaid feedback, review support, or opinion letters; * keeping a private list of professionals who may be interested later; * preparing draft outreach materials, framework formats, and review processes without launching them. I also need guidance on what to avoid before independent work authorization, including accepting submissions, editing or publishing third-party content, listing contributors or reviewers publicly, forming a council or review board, registering or operating a separate entity, receiving any revenue, or using employer confidential information, systems, clients, vendors, documents, or work time. The deliverable should be a concise written opinion or memo stating: * your full name, state bar, and bar number; * confirmation that you are active and in good standing; * facts reviewed; * activities that are permitted, restricted, not recommended, or not permitted; * conditions I must follow; * limitations of the opinion; * signature and date. I am not looking for a generic statement that “L-1A allows dual intent.” I need a practical opinion on whether these limited activities could create unauthorized-employment, status-maintenance, or discretionary immigration risk.
