The platform maps out, quantifies, and visualizes hidden operational risk metrics—known as "Shadow Variables"—to protect institutional capital. The user interface must look like a premium, dark-mode institutional banking terminal. Required Technical Scope (Full Lifecycle Build):Infrastructure & Security: Secure database architecture setup using AWS or Google Cloud Platform with enterprise-grade encryption. Front-End & Interface: Building a pristine, highly aesthetic, dark-mode responsive dashboard layout (React, Vue, or enterprise visual frameworks like WeWeb/Bubble). The Core Visualization Layer: Engineering interactive, custom open-source data tracking charts (utilizing D3.js or high-performance visualization packages) to map out predictive risk telemetry.
