The Role in One Paragraph We are launching a new consumer app built for moms who want to capture and keep family memories instead of performing them for an algorithm. We're weeks from launch, and we're hiring a hands-on paid media specialist to own every dollar of our paid social spend across Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads. You'll build our paid acquisition engine from zero: account structure, creative testing, attribution, and scaling. Success in your first 90 days looks like a live, instrumented paid program strategy and contributing meaningfully toward our goal of 100,000 downloads by January 2027. Why This Role Is Different Most paid media roles hand you a mature account and ask you to squeeze out 5% improvements. This one hands you a blank canvas, a validated market (80% willingness to pay from our consumer research), a distinctive brand, and a team who moves fast. You'll set and collaborate on the playbook, not inherit it. Your work will be visible and rewarding What You'll Own Full-funnel paid social strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Apple Search Ads — from campaign architecture to daily optimization, creative testing at velocity. You'll run structured hook/angle/format tests, partner with our influencer program for ads and creative, and use AI creative tools to multiply testing volume without multiplying cost measurement and attribution. You'll implement and maintain our tracking spec (MMP setup, event mapping, SKAN/privacy-era measurement) and report weekly on CAC, ROAS, cohort retention, and payback — numbers, not vibes budget stewardship. You'll manage a lean pre-launch and launch budget, reallocating spend weekly based on performance, and build the case for scaling as we hit efficiency targets channel expansion recommendations. As data comes in, you'll advise on when (and whether) to change the scope of strategy or double down with specific influencers and or target success ads. Required (You Must Have These) A track record of profitably acquiring users for a consumer mobile app or DTC subscription product — you can show us the numbers Hands-on, current expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including Advantage+ and Smart+ campaign types Working knowledge of mobile measurement in the post-ATT era: MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar), SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, and incrementality thinking fluency with AI tools in your daily workflow — for creative iteration, copy variants, analysis, or reporting. We move fast and expect leverage, strong written communication. You'll work async with a small distributed founding team; your weekly reports need to be clear enough to understand, iterate on and make strategic marketing decisions. Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience marketing to moms, parents, or family audiences. This is a HUGE plus if you can show prior success in this category. Apple Search Ads certification or meaningful ASA spend under management Influencer whitelisting / creator licensing experience (Spark Ads, partnership ads) Experience at a pre-launch or early-stage startup where you built the paid program from scratch Familiarity with subscription app economics (trial conversion, LTV modeling, payback windows) Note: We hire for demonstrated skills and outcomes, not years logged or degrees held. If you can show us campaigns you've run and results you've driven, we want to talk — even if your background is unconventional. We look forward to speaking with you.

We need a strategist who can own the campaign layer—not just execute tasks, but think through what we're running, why, and whether it's working. The programs you'll oversee: - Awareness — organic and paid LinkedIn, content distribution, channel presence - Acquisition — campaign setup and optimization aimed at driving inbound contact volume - Activation — converting dormant or non-marketing contacts into engaged ones (sequencing, re-engagement, list strategy) What you'll actually do: - Set up campaigns correctly from the start—channel selection, targeting, messaging, asset sequencing - Define what "good" looks like for each program and build the reporting structure to prove it - Pull and interpret top-of-funnel metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, traffic by source, lead volume by channel) and translate them into clear recommendations - Run structured A/B tests and iterate based on results—not hunches - Brief and coordinate with internal team members to get the right assets delivered on time - Flag what's broken, what's missing, and what should be cut What we need: - 4+ years running B2B digital campaigns with clear ownership—not just contributing to them - HubSpot proficiency required—campaign setup, lists, forms, reporting - LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience strongly preferred - Comfortable building a reporting framework from scratch, not just reading one someone else built - Works independently, communicates proactively, and doesn't need to be managed Engagement: Part-time, ~10–15 hrs/week to start. Scope can grow. To apply: Share 2–3 campaigns you've owned end-to-end and walk me through how you reported on performance and what you changed as a result.

We're looking for a seasoned marketing operator to sit down with us and articulate how you actually think about marketing local service businesses. This is a paid advisory engagement, fully NDA'd. You can anonymize or abstract any real client examples and this doesn't touch your live client work in any way. What this is A fixed-scope consulting engagement to understand the decision logic you use when you take on a local business and decide what to do, in what order, and why. The deliverable is a written document (we'll share the structure), plus up to two working sessions to talk through and sharpen it. No campaigns are run, no client deliverables produced. This is knowledge-sharing. What we're after The reasoning: why you sequence work the way you do, what conditions have to hold before you'll spend on ads, what tells you an account will be easy or hard, what you fix first and why. You're a fit if you have Personally run end-to-end marketing for 5–10+ local service businesses and done it exceptionally well. Owned the full stack yourself: web/Google Business Profile, organic social, paid (Meta/Google), reviews & reputation, and a plus if you also have done some physical/local (mail, events, co-marketing) Fluency in an all-in-one operator stack (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) The ability to explain your decisions, not just point to results. This is a documentation engagement. Strong plus Worked across more than one vertical (e.g. trades and beauty and food) — you can tell us what generalizes vs. what's vertical-specific Have turned away or fired a client and can explain why. Know your own numbers: retention, typical ramp time, what "working" looked like Not a fit Single-channel specialists ("I'm a Facebook ads guy") Enterprise-only or e-commerce-only operators Great execution, can't explain the decisions behind it Structure & payment Fixed price, paid across milestones: Please include in your proposal: a couple of sentences on a real decision you made for a client that wasn't obvious — what you did, and why that instead of the alternative.
