Project Title: Build a Data-Driven Mechanical Odometer Animation Generator I need a reusable tool/template that generates 3-digit mechanical odometer videos for a 150+ video series. Visual reference: * Black background * Extreme close-up mechanical odometer * White numbers on black rolling drums * Rugged, cinematic, worn metal housing * Looks like a real odometer, not a digital counter Animation: * Input any 3-digit number, such as 001, 042, 150 * Odometer rolls from previous number to target number * Slow mechanical movement * Chick, chick, chick ticking sounds * Heavy mechanical BOOM / CLACK when the final digit locks * Runtime: 4–5 seconds * Export as MP4 Preferred deliverable: A simple web-based tool where I type the number, click generate, and download the MP4. Important: This is not a one-off animation. I need a reusable system so I can generate 150+ clips myself.

**About the channel** We're launching the YouTube channel for Bradley Clark, a retirement-planning expert and author of *Be the Bird*. His whole philosophy is "relaxed confidence" — turning financial complexity into something calm, clear, and reassuring. The channel brings that to life through long-form, teaching-style videos with a visual style to match: calm, premium, trustworthy, never busy or gimmicky. You'd be helping build the motion-graphics system behind a polished, brand-driven show — an ongoing relationship, not one-off gigs. We're well underway — the team's assembled, we've produced initial videos, and we have a deep library of images and concepts. A talented motion-graphics designer is the final piece we need to launch. We produce long-form educational YouTube videos and are building a reusable library of motion graphics templates (MOGRTs) that our editors drop in and customize per video. **What we need** Clean, professional, restrained MOGRTs built in After Effects and delivered as .mogrt files for Premiere Pro. Think: lower thirds, stat callouts, anchor terms, simple diagrams, text quotes, on-screen labels. Tasteful and polished — **not** flashy, busy, or over-animated. No "stuff flying all over the place." The bar is elegance and consistency, not spectacle. The key skill is building **editable templates** — properly exposed text fields in the Essential Graphics panel, with the right responsive behavior (text that scales or reflows cleanly), so a non-designer editor can swap content without breaking the design. **Nice to have (extra credit)** A strong eye for static design — the ability to also produce clean static graphics (PNGs: simple diagrams, framework visuals, branded layouts) is a real plus. Secondary to the motion work, but valued. You also enjoy collaborating on the system itself — thinking with us about how templates get used across videos and offering craft input that makes the whole thing better, not just building to spec. **About the work** - Ongoing relationship, starting with an initial batch of core templates - You'll work directly with our small team to establish a consistent visual language - Reliability and taking direction matter as much as raw skill **To apply** Share your reel/portfolio with examples of clean, professional motion graphics — ideally template/MOGRT work or lower-thirds/titles. If you have static design samples, include those too. Please answer the screening questions below.

We're producing Top Coach, the coaching industry's first life coach competition reality series, featuring twelve certified coaches competing across nine episodes. We need a motion graphics editor to elevate the first 30 seconds of our trailer and series opener with animated graphics that hook viewers immediately. You can watch the current trailer here: https://www.coachtrainingedu.com/about (Wistia player at the top of the page, "About CTEDU Co-Founders") What We Need Animated graphics layered into the existing footage for the opening 30 seconds, including: - Title card and logo reveal for Top Coach - Lower thirds and contestant name graphics - Kinetic typography for key tagline moments - Transitions between shots that feel cinematic, not generic - Subtle motion elements (sound waves, framing accents, highlights on key visual moments) that reinforce the coaching-meets-competition energy Reference aesthetic: think The Voice meets a documentary series like Chef's Table. Polished and competitive, but with warmth. Not cheesy or over-produced. This is a project that could lead to a larger treatment of the whole episode (about 40 minutes right now), and we have 9 episodes planned with an idea to get Season 2 kicked off this summer. Our hope is that you're genuinely excited about the opportunity to be a part of a historic film and movement of active empathetic listening in the world. We'd love to see any similar projects or work that you've done to elevate stories via visual storytelling.
