We are building the visual identity for an industrial workforce brand. Our audience consists of builders, technicians, maintenance professionals, veterans, warehouse workers, IT professionals, and early-career engineers who want to build projects after work and create a technical portfolio. It should feel closer to Rogue Fitness, Yeti, Caterpillar, Milwaukee Tool, or premium industrial brands. We already have a brand board built and the pieces of what we want the brand to feel like. Your role: Help us create a cohesive visual definition of the brand and implement it across digital assets (social + landing pages, etc) Must be comfortable completing the full-cycle design process and go from concept to brand assets to live web assets. This will start in phases to get the visual definition locked in using Figma. Then we are looking to have a landing page built to represent the product. For the right designer this could be a longer term engagement. Please share your portfolio as we know the style we’re looking for. Also provide context around how you work bringing brand concepts to life. Share links to any websites showing the Figma and then Live website implementing that design. Lastly include your availability and rate

Due to the nature of the project and client requirements, the Technical Artist must be a U.S. citizen. The primary project platform is Meta Quest 3. However, it’s a bonus if the Technical Artist also has experience building on additional VR/XR platforms such as HTC VR headsets and Samsung Galaxy XR. The primary objective is to prepare, optimize, and support Unreal Engine scenes, assets, materials, lighting, and builds for real-time VR use. The Technical Artist will work under the guidance of Inhance Digital’s Art Director, Technical Lead, and/or Project Lead to ensure that the project meets visual, technical, performance, and platform requirements. 2. Scope of Work The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Optimizing Unreal Engine scenes for VR performance • Optimizing VR assets, including geometry, textures, shaders, materials, and draw calls • Reviewing and improving asset performance for headset deployment • Creating, adjusting, and optimizing Unreal Engine materials for VR use • Setting up and optimizing lighting for real-time VR environments • Creating and troubleshooting baked lighting and lightmaps where appropriate • Supporting scene look development, color grading, exposure, and visual consistency • Optimizing scenes to meet target frame-rate requirements, typically 60–90 FPS depending on project requirements • Building and testing Unreal Engine projects for Meta Quest 3 • Ideally supporting builds for additional VR/XR platforms such as HTC VR headsets and Samsung Galaxy XR when applicable • Deploying builds to local headset hardware for testing and review • Play testing builds on headset hardware to identify visual, performance, interaction, and quality issues • Diagnosing and addressing performance issues related to lighting, materials, shaders, asset complexity, texture memory, scene setup, and rendering cost • Organizing Unreal Engine project files, folders, materials, assets, and levels according to best practices • Implementing requested revisions and addressing feedback within the agreed scope The Technical Artist should be familiar with the headset development process and capable of creating local builds, deploying to Meta Quest 3, and reviewing the experience directly in headset for quality assurance. Experience with HTC VR headsets and Samsung Galaxy XR is preferred but not the primary requirement for this project. Notes: • Base models, textures, references, Unreal Engine projects, and design direction will be provided by Inhance Digital as needed. • The Technical Artist is expected to use their own workstation and supported headset hardware unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3. ## Shopify Homepage Hero Video Editor for Beverage Brand We are looking for a skilled video editor / motion designer to create a short homepage hero video for our Shopify website. Our brand sells an organic guayusa energy drink made from cold-brewed whole guayusa leaves. We need a polished, premium hero video that can sit at the top of our Shopify homepage and immediately communicate the feel of the brand. This is not a long ad or social media video. We need a clean, website-ready hero video that feels premium, natural, and performance-oriented. The final video should feature our product can and/or 12-pack in a way that feels realistic and elevated. We are looking for something that feels more like a premium beverage website hero section — not a basic slideshow or Canva-style animation. ## Project Goal Create a short looping hero video for our Shopify homepage. The video should help communicate: * Organic guayusa energy drink * Plant-brewed energy * Zero sugar * Clean, calm focus * Natural but still performance-oriented * Premium beverage brand feel ## Style Direction We want the video to feel: * Premium and modern * Clean and natural * Realistic, not overly animated * Suitable for a beverage / wellness / energy brand * More elevated than a basic product slideshow * A balance between premium wellness and energy drink performance We do not want anything that looks cheap, generic, overly flashy, or like a template. ## What We Will Provide * Product can images and/or renders * Brand colors and logo * Existing website direction * Current product positioning and messaging * Examples of video styles we like * Any available product/lifestyle assets If needed, we are open to using high-quality stock footage as part of the final video, as long as it fits the brand and looks natural. ## Deliverables Please provide: * Desktop hero video version * Mobile hero video version * Web-optimized MP4 file * Optional WebM version if available * Static poster/thumbnail image for the video * Editable project file if possible The video should be short, likely around **8–15 seconds**, and designed to loop smoothly on the homepage. ## Important Notes You do not need access to our Shopify account. We only need the final video assets created. We will upload the video to Shopify ourselves. We are not looking for someone to redesign the full website. This project is only for the homepage hero video asset. ## Budget This is a fixed-budget project. Our maximum budget is **$500**, so please only apply if you can complete the project within that range. ## Requirements Please apply only if you have experience with one or more of the following: * Website hero videos * Product video editing * Beverage, food, supplement, wellness, or CPG brands * Ecommerce video assets * Motion graphics * Product compositing * Shopify homepage videos * Short-form brand videos Please include examples of product videos, website hero videos, or ecommerce video work you have created. ## Screening Questions 1. Please share examples of website hero videos or product videos you have created. 2. Have you worked with beverage, food, supplement, wellness, or CPG brands before? 3. Can you create both desktop and mobile versions? 4. Can you make the final video web-optimized for fast Shopify loading? 5. Do you work only with assets provided, or can you also source appropriate stock footage if needed? 6. What would your approach be for creating a premium homepage hero video for an organic energy drink?
