Are you a highly empathetic, consultative sales closer who knows how to guide people through major life transitions? We run a high-impact career coaching business helping professionals land the roles they love—fast. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced High-Ticket Closer (Enrollment Coach) to take over our highly qualified, inbound calendar slots. ⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPENSATON NOTE: This is an uncapped, performance-based commission contract managed via Upwork milestones/bonuses. The $500 budget listed on this post represents your flat commission payout per single closed enrollment, not a flat-rate project total. 🎯 The Opportunity & Lead Quality You will not be doing cold outreach, cold calling, or low-tier telemarketing. Our marketing infrastructure generates highly qualified, warm inbound leads. These are professionals who have already engaged with us on various levels and are actively seeking career coaching support. Your job is to uncover their pain points, map out their path forward, and enroll values-aligned candidates into our high-ticket programs. 💰 Compensation & On-Target Earnings (OTE) * Commission Rate: $500 per collected enrollment * Target Close Rate: 20% * Realistic Earning Potential: $3,000 – $8,000+/month (Uncapped) 📈 Core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Maintain a 20%+ Close Rate: Close a minimum of 6 to 16+ sales per month from warm leads to hit OTE targets. * Calendar Availability: Keep a minimum of 10 to 15 calendar slots open weekly (45-min each) for live inbound client calls during US EST business hours. * Pipeline Hygiene: Submit brief end-of-day reports, follow up diligently with no-shows/leads, and keep our CRM pipeline meticulously updated. 🔒 Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest (Strictly Enforced) Because you will have direct access to our proprietary coaching frameworks, internal lead data, and sales systems, we enforce a strict conflict of interest policy: * Exclusivity in the Niche: You cannot currently work with, or simultaneously contract for, another career coaching business or career services provider while working with us. * Confidentiality: All proprietary sales scripts, internal client data, CRM records, and program details are strictly confidential. A separate company NDA/Non-Compete must be signed before contract activation. ⏱️ Time Commitment & Location * Type: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere). * Hours: Minimum of 25 hours per week required (combining live calls, active pipeline follow-ups, and CRM management). * Availability: Must be available for calls and highly responsive on Slack from 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. 👤 The Ideal Candidate * You have proven experience closing high-ticket coaching, consulting, or premium B2C services ($3k+ price points). * You practice consultative selling. You know how to lean into empathy, ask deep qualifying questions, and handle objections cleanly without relying on aggressive "hard sell" pressure tactics. * You are highly organized and treat your sales pipeline like a personal business. 📥 To Apply: Please submit a brief proposal detailing: 1. Your experience selling high-ticket coaching or premium digital services. 2. Your comfort level working in a commission-only structure with inbound lead support. 3. I need a very skilled and confident techno producer. I am only looking for someone who has alot of signings to notable labels, or has gotten someone alot of signings. I have a artist profile in a different genre that at one time was quite prolific, however I took a hiatus. I am now wanting to switch to techno. I need a producer who can get signings. If you are that person, you will be consistent business from me, likely year around. I like labels like Arcane Music, Exhale, KNTXT, or anything similar! My current connections are Insomniac, and Armada Music. But I really want to break into techno. I can pay up to 1500 per track. But I would only pay 1500 for a track that is good enough to go on a label like Arcane Music, Armada, etc. Because most techno labels only release EPs, and these labels particularly are usually more underground, so I would want to work out a separate deal for a label that only takes EPs. please ONLY reply to this job ad if you are truly a professional with a track record and are serious about outputting quality work to shop for labels. You will have me for life if so! Thanks!
