Paid Media Strategist (Med Spa Specialization) Remote | Contract-to-Hire | $2k/month to start | Future Salary: $70K–$90K+ # About Carbon Studio Carbon Studio is a growth-focused digital marketing startup specializing in the med spa industry. Our founder previously built a successful agency serving orthodontists across North America with 35+ active clients. Now, we’re taking that proven system of results-driven ad strategy, performance tracking, and client partnership to the med spa world — and we’re looking for a top-tier advertiser to join us in this next chapter. # The Opportunity You’ll be the first advertiser at Carbon Studio and play a pivotal role in our early client success stories. This is a consultant role to start (you can maintain other clients or part-time employment initially), with $2,000/month in total retainer for two to three med spa clients. Once we deliver consistent quality leads, fill appointments through our in-house follow-up manager, and start scaling, you’ll move into a full-time salaried role ($70,000–$90,000/year), with a path to grow into a leadership position managing multiple advertisers. # What You’ll Do * Develop and execute high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for med spa clients. * Manage budgets, targeting, creative direction, offer development, and daily optimization. * Proactively strategize seasonal offers and promotions with clients. * Meet virtually with clients to discuss campaign performance, ideas, and next steps. * Communicate updates clearly through client reports and live discussions. * Analyze key performance metrics daily, making fine-tuned adjustments for lead volume and cost-efficiency. * Collaborate with our founder on building internal tools to streamline ad operations, analytics, and reporting. * Stay deeply informed about the med spa space — from trending treatments to seasonal opportunities — and integrate that into your campaign strategy. # Who You Are * A fluent English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. * 4+ years of hands-on experience running digital advertising campaigns for med spas or aesthetic clinics (required). * Deep understanding of lead generation, cost per lead optimization, and appointment funnels. * Comfortable working directly with clients, taking strategy calls, and leading campaign discussions. * Skilled in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads—other platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) are a bonus. * Analytical and detail-oriented — you check your dashboards daily and care about ROI. * Independent, proactive, and eager to help build something from the ground up. # Growth Path As Carbon Studio scales to dozens — then hundreds — of clients, this role will grow into a senior management position overseeing multiple advertisers and accounts. You’ll be integral in shaping our campaign systems and internal software features that make advertisers more efficient and data-driven. # Details * Start: Immediately * Pay: $2,000/month (flat retainer during beta test phase) * Type: Consultant (1099) with potential to convert to full-time * Location: Remote (video collaboration required as team expands)

I’m an independent romance author with 24 titles looking for a Facebook Ads specialist to manage and optimize my ad campaigns with the laser-focused objective of increasing book sales. This is a fun, creative opportunity working with romance tropes, emotional hooks, and highly marketable book bundles while directly impacting sales. My core readership is romance readers, so experience crafting irresistible hooks, headlines, and visuals for this demographic is essential. While I’m open to future expansion, for this engagement all campaigns will run exclusively on Facebook. That means deep knowledge of the latest Meta ad tools, conversion-focused objectives, event tracking, and look-alike audiences optimized for purchases on Amazon or similar storefronts. Project Overview: • 3 different book bundles to promote • Each targets a different audience and will need its own strategy • Ongoing testing, tweaking, and optimization is key Scope of Work: • Facebook/Meta ad setup and strategy (pixel and dashboard already in place) • Audience targeting (romance readers/subgenres) • Thumb-stopping creative (static, carousel, or short video reels) plus copy that matches my author voice and brand • A/B testing (copy, images, hooks) • Regular optimization and performance monitoring • Weekly reports highlighting spend, CPC, CTR, and, most importantly, cost-per-sale This is not “set it and forget it.” I’m looking for someone who pays attention to detail and consistently refines campaigns over time. Experience marketing books (especially romance) is a bonus. If you love testing, optimizing, and working with story-driven products, this could be a great fit with potential long-term collaboration. Please include examples of past campaigns and your approach to scaling ads.
