# Secret Shopper / Market Research Caller (Commercial & Residential Property Inspection Industry) ## Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Market Research Assistant to contact competing property inspection companies and gather publicly available information regarding services, pricing, scheduling availability, proposal processes, and customer experience. My friend and I produced 2 novelty books which were successfully published to KDP and IngramSpark. The publishing company vanished and they had used free ISBN numbers which expired and we lost our listing on IngramSpark. Barnes & Noble wants to place the books in store in Boulder, CO and I cannot get the books uploaded again as I am struggling with the technical formatting! I have purchased new ISBN numbers for both books and need help updating that information inside and on the back cover, including the barcodes. I have the Word versions, pdf versions, and the covers but not in the exact right formats to be accepted to IngramSpark. I need someone to walk me through or take over to complete the final assets for submission to ensure the files are accepted and available again. The event will be held in Oakbrook, IL, on Fir We are looking for a videographer with experience and equipment to handle a single-camera, to record the session. The lecture presentation slides are most important. It has worked best when the videographer hooks up a recorder to the projector to capture the PowerPoint. The camera then records the lecturer. The North Central Section Meeting is just a one-day event. There are three presentations. However, they run back-to-back-to-back. So, there is never more than one lecture going on. All three are in the same room. So, the IAO just needs a single camera operator. Deliverables will be in the form of digital files of footage with only minor editing required such as color grading, cropping and trimming as required, with no additional post processing. Minor dailies of each session, consisting of a short sample as a digital file, are sent after the first presentation. Dailies only need to be about 1-3 minute clips of each session of the day.
