Description: We are looking for an experienced hydrology and hydraulics engineer to support model development, review, and validation for an approximately 400 MW utility-scale solar plant. This is a technical consulting and model review role. We need someone who can work with our internal engineering team, advise on appropriate modeling methodology, review assumptions, validate HEC-HMS / HEC-RAS setup, and help confirm that the resulting outputs are suitable for owner, AHJ, and engineering review. Scope may include: Advise on HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS model setup for large solar/energy sites. Review hydrology inputs, watershed assumptions, flow paths, rainfall/storm events, runoff methodology, boundary conditions, and model outputs. Join working sessions with our internal engineer to walk through model setup, assumptions, execution, and results. Ideal background: Strong HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS experience. Hydrology/hydraulics experience on solar, BESS, substations, roads, industrial sites, or similar large civil infrastructure. Experience with drainage crossings, culverts, low-water crossings, flood modeling, stormwater design, and watershed analysis. PE preferred; Arizona and/or Texas experience is a plus. Comfortable reviewing another engineer’s model setup and explaining recommended changes. Able to provide clear written comments, model review notes, and practical engineering guidance. I am working on installing an ice vending machine at an existing gravel U-Sell lot. For county planning approval, I need two final documents. One is "a letter signed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer stating that no stormwater improvements will be required." The other is "a Construction Best Management Practices Plan (CBMPP) that is signed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer." I have a letter and CBMPP drafted that may be reviewed and adjusted as needed then signed. The scope of the project is very small and involves only installing a 12.5'x10' concrete pad, running water and electric hookups to the pad, and installing a 3'x3' buried infiltration pit for the machines condensate drainage line. I have a detailed site plan that shows all of the specifics of this project. The engineer must have a PE Stamp and be licensed in the state of Alabama. Thank you.

We are looking for a Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Web Analytics specialist to update privacy compliance and clean up the tracking architecture on a website built on a non WordPress, custom platform. Our goal is to ensure no nonessential analytics scripts fire automatically on initial page load before a user interacts with the site. Since the site is on a custom framework, the entire solution must be managed seamlessly through Google Tag Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Clean Up Background Tracking Codes: Audit the website's active tags inside Google Tag Manager. Identify and remove any old, duplicate, or dormant tracking codes that are no longer needed. 2. Set Up a Free Privacy Consent Banner via GTM: Deploy a completely free tier or open source cookie consent banner injected directly via Google Tag Manager (ensuring zero ongoing monthly software fees for the client). 3. Configure Script Gating: Update the container triggers so that Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other tracking elements are properly gated. They must only execute after a user interacts with or accepts the banner. 4. Update the Privacy Page: Provide the standard, compliant text layout for the privacy page that accurately reflects the new cookie and consent setup so we can update the site's privacy page.
