Looking for someone to research and apply for grants for my climate tech startup. I mainly use GrantExec platform for general grant lookup. Yet, a grant consultant is needed to identify and apply for relevant grants. The role involves researching grant opportunities, preparing and wiring grant applications, ensuring timely submissions, overseeing the progress, and being a POC for the startup. Experience with climate tech grants is preferred. I expect the grant consultant to become a contractor member of my team and be accessible on a weekly basis.

Project Overview You will be working directly with the CEO of a biotechnology startup. You must be experienced HubSpot Sales Hub Professional administrator to implement a CRM according to a detailed technical specification that I will provide. I don't need a consultant for this project: I need implimentation. This is an implementation project only. The CRM architecture, pipeline design, workflow requirements, field structure, and operating model have already been defined. I am not looking for CRM strategy, fundraising consulting, marketing automation design, or process redesign. The objective is to configure HubSpot exactly according to specification and verify that all components function correctly. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: • Configure HubSpot Sales Hub Professional • Connect and validate Microsoft 365 / Outlook integration • Configure a custom deal pipeline • Create custom Deal properties • Create custom Contact properties • Create custom Company properties • Configure deal record layouts • Create saved views • Configure workflows • Import and test sample records • Perform end-to-end testing • Document completion with screenshots Deliverables A completed HubSpot implementation that includes: • Functional deal pipeline • All required custom properties • Outlook email logging and calendar synchronization • Saved views • Workflow automation • Test records imported successfully • Workflow testing completed Final acceptance will be based on a predefined testing checklist.
