What We Need * Convert our existing menu boards into modern digital menu boards. * Design for three 65-inch landscape TVs (16:9 format). * Adjust fonts, spacing, colors, pricing, and layout for maximum readability. * Make live revisions while we test the menus on the TVs. * Continue refining until everything is clean, balanced, and easy to read from throughout the store. Requirements * Experience designing restaurant or café menu boards. * Experience with digital signage. * Excellent typography and layout skills. * Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign. * Strong English communication. * Comfortable collaborating live through Zoom or Google Meet. BASEMENT LAYOUT VALIDATION, SPACE PLANNING & 3D RENDERING IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ ENTIRE POSTING This project is NOT a rendering-only project and is NOT an interior decorating project. I am looking for someone with experience in BOTH: • Residential basement design, layout planning, and space planning • Creating 3D renderings of those designs Experience with basement entertainment spaces is mandatory (that experience must include some of each: basement home bars, home theaters, pool table rooms, home gyms). I already have a fairly developed concept for the basement, including room assignments, furniture ideas, bar concepts, TV room concepts, gym concepts, and overall functionality. I am NOT looking for someone to redesign the basement from scratch. I am looking for someone who can help evaluate and refine my ideas, determine what works, identify what doesn't, suggest practical alternatives where appropriate, and create renderings that help visualize and compare options before construction. PROJECT OVERVIEW The basement includes a TV Room, Pool Table Room, Bar Room, Home Gym, Bedroom, Bathroom, and Wine Room. The TV Room, Pool Table Room, and Bar Room will be opened up to create a larger entertainment space. I already have a fairly developed concept for the basement and am looking for someone to help validate and refine it—not redesign it from scratch. I need help evaluating whether the current ideas work well from a functionality, spacing, flow, and usability standpoint, including furniture placement, room flow, sightlines, pool table clearances, TV viewing distances, bar and gym layouts, lighting, speaker placement, structural openings, beam treatments, ceiling transitions, closet usage, and overall room functionality. A room may technically fit according to dimensions but still feel too crowded, too empty, or not function as intended once fully furnished. This is why renderings are important. I am looking for someone who uses renderings as a decision-making tool, not simply a final presentation tool. DELIVERABLES Deliverables should include: • Space planning and layout recommendations • Furniture placement recommendations • Room flow and functionality recommendations • Structural opening, beam, and ceiling transition recommendations • Lighting and speaker placement recommendations • Bar and home gym layout recommendations • Floor plans showing proposed solutions • 3D renderings showing proposed solutions • Alternative concepts where appropriate REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Candidate MUST have experience with basement designs: helping clients evaluate and refine layouts, furniture placement, room flow, clearances, space planning, and overall functionality, and MUST ALSO be capable of creating 3D renderings that help visualize and compare those options. TO APPLY Please provide SPECIFIC examples of basement projects where you helped the client evaluate or refine the layout, room functionality, furniture placement, or overall design and also created the resulting renderings. Please include actual project images directly within your proposal. Examples showing floor plans, layout studies, alternative concepts, and resulting renderings are strongly preferred. Responses that do not include the requested examples and images, or that do not demonstrate relevant experience in both basement design and rendering, will be excluded from consideration without further review.

AI Video Creator Needed: Two AI Versions of the Same Person Having Conversations We are looking for an experienced AI video creator, VFX artist, or editor who can help us create a recurring video series featuring two AI versions of the same person having realistic conversations with each other. Project Overview This is not a typical avatar project. We are not looking for a talking-head avatar reading scripts. We are creating a recurring character concept where: * Character 1 is the human version * Character 2 is an AI version of the same person Both characters: * Look nearly identical * Sound nearly identical * Share the same personality foundation However: * The AI version is more advanced * Thinks faster * Recognizes patterns more quickly * Offers a more future-focused perspective The relationship should feel natural and believable. Think: Human Expert ↔ AI Expert Not: Human ↔ Robot The AI version should feel like an evolved extension of the human version, not a chatbot or machine. ⸻ What We Are Trying To Create We want viewers to feel like they are watching two versions of the same person have an intelligent conversation. Examples: * Sitting across from each other * Looking at each other naturally * Responding to each other’s comments * Natural pauses * Realistic reactions * Consistent eye lines * Professional quality editing The final result should feel like two real people having a conversation rather than two separate clips stitched together. ⸻ Technical Challenge The primary challenge is creating the illusion that: * The same person appears twice * Both versions interact naturally * Both versions maintain consistent appearance * Both versions maintain consistent voice characteristics * One version is clearly the AI counterpart We are open to different workflows and technologies. Possible approaches may include: * AI avatars * Character cloning * Compositing * Split screen * Face replacement * Motion tracking * VFX * AI video generation * Hybrid workflows We are looking for recommendations from the expert we hire. ⸻ What Success Looks Like A viewer should immediately understand: “These are two versions of the same person.” But they should also immediately recognize: “One of them is the AI version.” Without either character feeling robotic or artificial. ⸻ Ideal Experience Please apply if you have experience with: * AI video generation * AI avatar creation * Character consistency * Clone effects * VFX compositing * Face replacement * Runway * Veo * Hedra * HeyGen * Arcads * After Effects * Premiere Pro ⸻ Application Requirements Please include: 1. Examples of similar work 2. Examples of clone-style videos 3. Examples of AI avatar projects 4. How you would approach creating two versions of the same person having a conversation 5. What tools you would recommend 6. Whether you would use AI avatars, compositing, VFX, or a hybrid approach IMPORTANT: We are specifically looking for someone who can make two versions of the same person interact naturally on screen. Please explain your approach and share sampls rather than sending a generic portfolio. This is intended to become an ongoing content series, so we are looking for a long-term collaborator.

Looking for a Colorado-licensed attorney to take on a tenant defense case in Adams County with strong retaliation evidence and a defendant in a corner. Absent securing a qualified licensed attorney, immediate support with handling motion responses as pro se party also needed, as well as additional pro se support. - 3 separate claims contain fee shifting language, so any assessment and review by potential contingency or retainer + contingency strongly recommended to reach out, but tenant has capacity to pay for attorney as well. Goal is to settle at a reasonable and fair number without being taken advantage of as a pro se tenant against 3 attorneys. Five-year tenancy at a Denver property - Landlord sent a series of escalating texts in late December 2025 — coercive ultimatum, implied threats, "see you in COURT" messages, demand for a $4,000 additional cash loan outside of the lease terms with a threat to evict if I did not "loan him the 4k", in writing, with 4-5 days to "decide", - then when tenant invoked their rights, attempted actual eviction ( followed through ), then threatened to enter the house during active litigation, all in writing, threatened to have "aggressive friend" deal with it, in writing, violated the meditation clause of the contract, - and seems to have attempted to sabotage the business from within, building alliances with our longest standing tenant, - neglected his duties for habitability leaving a broken garage door broken, forcing tenants to move large exterior trash cans through the living space to take out the trash, - attempted unilateral rent increase, engaged in bad faith negotiations through a 3rd party ( in writing ), complete with character attacks and by the book violations of literally every clause of the working definition of negotiating in good faith. Has hired a team of 3 lawyers to fight against a pro se tenant. Pro se tenant has already drafted an answer, several motions, opposing council has filed 2 motions to dismiss, 7 days remain to reply. - Immediate requirements: Support drafting the motion-answers ( drafts already done ), validating them against the facts, and engaging in meaningful negotiations. - Attorney in Denver preferred, but anyone licensed in CO would be fine. Experience with retaliation law on tenant side preferred, but any litigation support welcomed. - Licensed to practice law in CO would be preferential, but support by paralegals in the pro se approach until ongoing council is retained would be preferable. - Non-renewal notice served the day after refusing the coercive demands - Formal contestation letter sent March 30 putting the landlord on notice of the retaliation claim Landlord filed eviction April 22, AFTER receiving the contestation letter — which itself supports a bad-faith filing argument - Texts are preserved with timestamps, ready to authenticate - Landlord claims to be cash-strapped while showing tenant 500k+ in stock market holdings just months ago What I'm looking for in the absolute ideal: Colorado bar admission in good standing Real experience with tenant-side retaliation and habitability claims Comfortable filing affirmative defenses + counterclaims, not just a basic answer Familiar with pre-judgment attachment and judgment lien strategy in CO Engagement structure invitation If contingency attorney is available, its optimal, due to fee shifting laws this provides optimal up side Second to that, a retainer with contingency is optimal for the same reason Absent that, immediate support with motion responses is needed, ideally by a licensed CO attorney Absent that, immediate support from paralegals in evaluating and progressing the case, coaching the pro se tenant towards handling themselves with maturity and respect for the court is desired. Flat fee for: filing the answer with retaliation defense + counterclaim, appearing at the May 6 return date, basic mediation prep Contingency for: anything beyond mediation, including trial prep, trial, post-judgment collection, or structured settlement enforcement Open to your proposed split — looking for fair, not lowest What I need in your proposal: Just when your available to discuss or your thoughts on fee structure. The case file is comprehensive — full timeline, verbatim text quotes with timestamps, prior demand letters, statutory analysis already done. You'd be inheriting clean prep, not building from scratch. If your interested in the case please let me know.
