Project Overview: I have plans and documentation, my township is asking to have those plans reviewed and stamped by an New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE). I need a licensed New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) to review my structural layout, perform/verify the required roof system load calculations, and provide certified engineering plans for my building permit application. Specific Scope of Work: Structural Review & Calculations: Perform a complete structural deflection and load check on the roof system to ensure strict compliance with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code (NJ UCC). Framing Specifications: The current design features an open room with no interior posts, utilizing a 10/12 roof pitch, 2x6 SPF #2 rafters, and 2x10 ceiling joists spaced 16 inches on center over a 19-foot interior wall-to-wall clear span. The engineer will verify if this configuration meets code or specify required modifications (e.g., purlin bracing or a manufactured truss submittal package). Deliverables Required: A comprehensive, stamped structural calculation report. Two (2) physical copies of the final engineered plans bearing a valid, active New Jersey PE raised seal or a cryptographically secure, verifiable digital seal that complies fully with NJ Division of Consumer Affairs regulations for electronic submittals. Must be willing to provide your full legal name and PE license number upfront so I can verify your status on the official NJ License Verification database prior to contract award. A Montana-based financial company is launching a modern card and treasury program — a branded payment card plus an interest-bearing business account — built on best-in-class fintech vendors. We need a contract program manager to run point on execution as we move from build to launch. This is vendor-orchestration and service-delivery work, NOT a coding role. You sit at the center of the card processor, banking/ledger core, sponsor bank, compliance, and treasury, and keep the pieces fitting, the SLAs holding, and milestones landing. What you'll do: - Own the program plan, milestones, and delivery cadence end to end. - Coordinate third-party vendors (card processor, banking core, payment rails, KYC/KYB) — scope, SLAs, escalations, integration timelines. - Work with our engineering lead to turn requirements into delivery and clear blockers. - Keep program operations aligned with our compliance/BSA function (SOC 2 environment). - Stand up runbooks: incident/problem/change, monitoring, reconciliation, vendor governance. What we're looking for: - Program/project management in fintech, payments, card issuing, banking-as-a-service, or financial-services delivery. - Strong multi-vendor management against SLAs and KPIs. - ITIL (incident/problem/change) and Agile/Scrum/Kanban; Jira or equivalent. - Comfort at the seam of business, engineering, and compliance. - Bonus: issuer-processor, core/ledger banking, ACH/payment rails, or treasury/reconciliation experience. This is part-time to start (~15-20 hrs/week) with room to grow — we want the person who runs this program long-term, not a one-off deliverable. To apply: Briefly describe a fintech or payments program you ran point on — the vendors you coordinated and one delivery problem you solved. Please include your hourly rate.
