TITLE: FDA Dietary Supplement Label Reviewer (US): Supplement Facts + Claims Compliance Check OVERVIEW: We're a functional chocolate brand launching in the US. Our products are dietary supplements: chocolate infused with nano-emulsified botanicals, made in India and imported by our US entity. We have 8 formulas across two product lines. We prepare our Supplement Facts panels and claims in-house and are looking for a credentialed US regulatory expert to review and validate them before we go to print. We're not looking for someone to build from scratch. We want a sharp second set of eyes who can certify we're compliant, catch what we've missed, and stay on as our go-to reviewer as we add products. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Review and validate 8 Supplement Facts panels we've prepared, against 21 CFR 101.36, including proprietary-blend declarations - Review our structure/function claims for compliance (21 CFR 101.93) and confirm the required disclaimer language is correct - Advise on the FDA structure/function claim notification (the 30-day requirement) - Catch any label, ingredient, or formatting issues before print - Deliver a clear pass or fix-list per formula YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE: - A recognized regulatory credential (RAC strongly preferred) or an equivalent verifiable qualification: an advanced degree in regulatory affairs, food science, or a related field; a PharmD or regulatory law background; or direct FDA experience - Proven, specific experience with US dietary supplement labeling (not cosmetics, not EU food, not general "FDA experience") - Working fluency in 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 101 - Enough familiarity with nutrient-labeling standards and software (Genesis R&D, ESHA, or LabelCalc) to independently verify our panels - Clear, fast communication and a partnership mindset ENGAGEMENT: We'll start with a small paid trial: review one formula's panel and claims, and deliver a marked-up pass or fix-list. If it's a fit, we move to the remaining formulas and ongoing launch support, with room for a longer relationship as we add products. IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE ANSWER: 1. What is your regulatory credential or qualification, and can you verify it? 2. Have you reviewed FDA Supplement Facts panels for US dietary supplements before? Share an example of a panel or review you've validated (redacted is fine). 3. A vendor tells you a label is "FDA approved." How do you respond? 4. What's your rate, and roughly how long would it take you to review one panel plus its claims?

We’re looking for a talented filmmaker to partner with us on a recurring monthly basis to produce 8–10 cinematic vertical videos each month for our restaurant brands. Our vision is not typical restaurant social media. We want content that feels like Chef’s Table, a food documentary, or a premium commercial—not trend-driven Reels. Think beautiful lighting, intentional camera movement, immersive natural sound, macro food shots, slow-motion used with purpose, and professional color grading that showcases the craft behind every dish. Each monthly shoot should tell the story of the food—from raw ingredients and preparation to the finished plate—capturing fire, smoke, steam, slicing, grilling, plating, and the energy of the kitchen. We’d also like a handful of films that authentically feature our chefs and team members, highlighting the people, craftsmanship, and hospitality behind the brand. The final deliverable should be 8–10 polished vertical videos (15–60 seconds each) every month, optimized for Instagram and TikTok. If your portfolio demonstrates exceptional food cinematography and documentary-style storytelling, we’d love to see your work.

California Employment Attorney (Employer Side) – Flat Fee Preferred We are a small California business with approximately 4–5 employees seeking an experienced California employment attorney (or U.S. attorney with significant California employment law experience) to assist with a complex employment matter. We are looking for practical, business-oriented legal advice and hope to establish a long-term relationship with the right attorney for future employment matters. Background The matter involves an employee who worked for our company for approximately seven weeks. During that time, documented performance issues, misconduct, policy violations, disciplinary action, and other workplace concerns arose. The situation has caused significant disruption to our business operations, impacted other employees, consumed substantial management time, and resulted in financial loss to the business. The employee is currently on an accepted workers’ compensation leave following a workplace injury and remains on medical leave. Since going on leave, the employee has continued sending hostile and threatening communications, including threats of legal action, and has continued contacting other employees regarding employment-related matters despite being on leave. We have prepared a detailed chronology together with supporting emails, text messages, disciplinary documentation, and other relevant evidence. Our objective is to end the employment relationship in a legally compliant and well-documented manner while minimizing legal risk. Any employment decision would be based solely on legitimate, documented business reasons that are independent of the workers’ compensation claim or medical leave. Scope of Work (Flat Fee Preferred) We are seeking a fixed-fee proposal for: * Reviewing our chronology and key supporting documentation. * Assessing our legal position and identifying any significant risks. * Advising whether termination is appropriate and the safest timing under California law. * Drafting a legally appropriate termination letter tailored to the circumstances. * Advising on any recommended steps before and after termination to help protect the business, including final pay requirements, company property, communications, and any other important legal considerations. * Advising whether a cease-and-desist letter or other protective measures would be appropriate in response to the ongoing hostile communications and threats. Future Work If we are a good fit, we would like to continue working with the same attorney for future employment matters and, if necessary, representation in responding to any claims, administrative proceedings, or litigation. When Applying Please include: * Your California employment law experience. * Whether you primarily represent employers. * Your experience handling terminations involving employees on workers’ compensation or medical leave. * Your proposed fixed fee for the above scope. * Your hourly rate or fee structure for any future representation. We are looking for experienced, practical counsel who can provide clear guidance and help us navigate this matter carefully while protecting our business.
